Please note that all sales of products, gift voucher are final, i.e. purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are unable to accept returns due to health and safety reasons, whether it’s an incorrect purchase or if you’ve changed your mind after receiving the items.

If you have made an error in your order, contact us immediately. We fulfill orders quickly and cannot make changes to your order after it has been packed and shipped. Please ensure you have included your correct address details in English so that there will be no delays in shipping.

 

 

 

- Orders are accepted 24/7. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

- Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm SGT will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled the following business day

- For shipping purposes, all customer details and address details must be written in ENGLISH.

When orders are packed and awaiting pick up, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to track your delivery. Fulfillment and delivery times are indicative only and may vary during peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY OPTION (4-5 business days) FOR ORDERS OVER $75

We currently offer the following delivery methods within Singapore (excluding hotels, PO Boxes, airports or MINDEF camps):

Courier Delivery $10 (AUUMsg  Recommended)

Delivery in 2-3 business days. Tracking is available.

Standard Delivery (Post) $5

Delivery in 4-5 business days. Tracking is available.

LOCAL DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES:

- Delivery to home addresses will be between 9am – 10pm Monday to Saturday.

- Delivery to office addresses will be between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

(Please Note: There is no option to choose delivery time slots with this service. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.)

 

Recipient will receive an SMS from AUUMsg  on the day of delivery.

If recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery, AUUMsg  will attempt to call the recipient. Recipients may choose to instruct drivers to leave parcels at location, at your own risk. Please provide the Security Code given in the AUUMsg  SMS and inform the Driver where you would like the parcel left.

If recipient cannot be contacted, AUUMsg  will attempt to deliver the parcel another 2 times. If for whatever reasons, AUUMsg  has attempted 3 deliveries and still failed, AUUMsg  will proceed to return the parcel to office.
